West Virginia 2008 College Football Team Preview
The West Virginia Mountaineers capped off an 11-2 season with a 48-28 Sugar Bowl victory over Oklahoma. They ranked in the top ten nationally in several categories, including points per game (ninth), rushing yards per game (third), points allowed per game (eighth), total yards allowed per game (seventh) and turnover margin (ninth).
