Value stream analysis does make it easier for businesses to successfully implement Six Sigma and derive the associated benefits, but the stakeholders - especially the Black Belts - still need to be extremely cautious. This is because if the analysis is not done in the right manner, not much can be said about it's effectiveness during the implementations.
